Goliath groupers are protected now because so many were being zapped by spear guns. So now they hang around wrecks and grab snappers that have just been hooked. So the guide rigged up a huge hook on strong cord and put on a whole dead bonito we had caught earlier. GG devoured it within 30 seconds (literally) and guide and I hauled it up to the surface, took pic, and then released it. Not a good pic cos much of fish is still under water but it was huge and they weigh between 200 - 250 lbs
