I think it might be a computer-generated picture...the sea off Ocean View never looks that blue, and the "fish" clearly isn't moving --it's just balanced on Jemal's fingers and could well be a small fibre glass replica of one I caught...
Jamal told me he caught it trolling for stripers off Ocean View. Anyone believe that?
