Brian and I put skiff back in water and tried for pups and specks for less than an hour. Brian got a nice 31 in Pup.

Nice day with scattered clouds, Brian and Casey went sight fishing in the ocean but didn't see many. They caught 2 one being a release citation for Casey.

August 20, 2011 Club Challenge

Brian, Casey, Merv and I fished catching 4 cobia between 35 and 77 lbs. Congratulations Casey on that 77 lb beast.

Caught 2 shorts and I had an 18 in fish on the gulp shrimp, dinner for Brian.

Fished with Brian for about 3 hours and had 3 keepers, 18, 20, 22 inches
Fished first island area with live menhaden water 81F, wind sw 15 to 20 kts

Rare Event! August 7, 2011

It rare that My sons and I are able to fish together but today worked out and we planned to fish for Kings. Left around 9:30 am and had menhaden by 11:30 am We trolled off Sandbridge out with only bluefish. Ran to a wreck and hooked up on a screamer but knot failed. Oh well plan B. Decided to sight fish for cobes and saw some fish, Taylor had a 34 in fish , Casey hooked and fought a nice sized fish for 45 minutes and the hook pulled, I hooked a preetttttiieee fish that I bested in about 30 minutes. It went in the box, 65 inches and 77 lbs.
