Specked trout and tog October 21
.5° wind was light and variable air temperature was mid 60s. We then proceeded to head out to the third island and try to catch some tog corner half a dozen short use and hard crab water temperature again was 66.5° of light easterly wind.We left the dark at 6 AM and headed over to Little Creek in the dark arriving before dawn as we turn the corner into Little Creek channel there were 10 boats lined up along with Jody it was the first of the incoming tide and it was fairly shallow 3 to 4 foot of water on the east jetty casting top waters I had four strikes landing one nice fish around 20 inches and caught one on a minnow on a barber and a short puppy drum water temperature was 66.5° wind was light and variable air temperature was mid 60s. Red drum fishing Wednesday, October 20
Brian and I left about 1030 headed out in the fog took a little while before the fog lifted got to the third island caught some blue Fish anchored up Fish for an hour and a half nothing switch sides to the ocean side water temperature 68.5° Light variable winds. Brian hooks up 46.5 inch red nothing after that the wind picked up out of the East about 5 to 8 miles an hour and no other bites lots of skates today.

Fishing in October
Mervyn and Sue went out in the rain on Sunday, October 11 and managed to catch a few fish flounder a nice blue fish and a citation red drum for Sue. The next day on Monday the 12th I went out for three hours for drum I caught a 45 inch drum just short of a paper
