May 15, 2012 Eastern Shore
Rob Kelly called me up and wanted to go for some drum but it was to rough for running over to thee other side of bay so we took the skiff. Well it happened the 25 hp Yamaha 2-stroke with close to 4000 hours dropped a cylinder but we were able to limp back to the dock at Wise Point. Well 13 years was a good run.

Water 68F , Wind NE 25 Knots, Plan was to sight fish for stiper and drum but that did not work so backup was carb, went 3 for 6 on the reds 41, 41, 44 and Jamal got 3 cow nose rays.

Fishing Report May 3, 2012
Well it started out cold foggy and cloudy, but we did find two small schools of large reds but they would not bite. It cleared up a visibility was good but saw nothing else all day. Did flounder fish for about an hour and lost a really big fish and caught one 16.75. Water 64F. wind N5 to 10

Upcoming trip Thursday May 3, 2012
Planning on heading back out Thursday to get on the stripers and drum again. Forecast is for light winds and the full moon is on Saturday May 6th. The stripers usually appear a week before the full moon and stay on the flats for about a week after the full moon.
